For many a year I have been talking about, and thinking about writing a blog. I have finally decided to start it on my birthday in the year 2009, at a certain age. Actually, when I first started thinking about writing about food, blogs did not exist and computers were barely in any household, let alone multiple units in every household. Back then it was often suggested by friends that I start a newsletter. Well, here I am more than 20 years later. Welcome to Notes and Scones. I will be writing mostly about food, wine, music and travel. These are things that I have been associated with professionally for many years. I hope you enjoy these musings.
